One of the reasons I adore Provence is YOU!
The other is, I worked as a designer for a French bakery in the US called La Madeleine, so imported fabric and lavender from your dear home. With these were created lavender sachets, napkins, aprons, tablecloths, etc . I had them manufactured in Los Angeles.
I still have some of the lavender and so I still have some of your Provence. Also, one of my most cherished possessions is woven lavender wand brought to me by a friend 20 years ago.

Let me count the ways! I love Provence for so many reasons: color may well be the first. And the air, and the people, and the light, and the markets... on and on. Hope to return later this year!
