Modern upholstery and design

First I want to apologize to have been far away from my blog and from you *.
I was very busy and very worried by several things

I'm coming back to you with my "upholstery posts" .

I'm coming back with modern upholstery and one of my Dad's creation
Indeed 25 years ago , my dad designed and upholstered this sofa for a special order for a big living room

here is the sofa with its old fabric , do you want to see it now ???

Have I told you it was an arched shape ?

You are going to wonderring if it is a modern sculpture ...It is not , it is an artful work

a part of this sofa is hand sewed by our little hands , there is no other way to make it

Here it is almost ready for a new life .
I have to tell you I love the design of this sofa ( well my dad made it , may be that's why) and I also love this fabric for me it is very timeless

Amazing work - I can see your Dad is a dedicated craftsman! I don't recall seeing such beautiful upholstery done here!
