New day of chine ...(antiquing)

The day was going up . It was 7a.m and I was getting at the abbaye

A Brocante was taking place there ....

what am I going to find ??

I open the old trunk ( I love old trunk)

What was in them ?

provencal coverbeds

the brocante was in the middle of nowhere

in the middle of Nature

I prefer little things

little santons

I couldn't stop buying and buying

I had to buy little embroired linen with numbers on it to help me to count . This set of numbers is lovely. I guess it was from an old school ...As i couldn't stop buying, I was not abble to share everything with you but I have surprises for you

indian victorian paisley shawl : museum piece

I had the chance to find this beautiful piece :

It is an indian paisley shawl in perfect state , it is signed in the black heart

Size : 2,04 m x 2,02 m , full of colors

It is really a wonderful piece , without any damage.
I'm a big fan of paisley and I have never seen a piece like that !

Sometimes they are small and delicate like laces or ribbons

sometimes they are big and heavy like furniture

No matter what they are and the price they have , I love them from deep inside my heart

And I want my client to cherish them as much as I do

I started to change the decoration of one room in the show room

 

I don't know if you can really imagine on this bad picture , but the bed was in the butterfly wall side . Every 3 month ( every season) we change everything, except the fabric on the wall ( tenture

murale) We try to give a new look to the room .

 

This time I had this Fornasetti screen , minutes later it became ...

 a bedhead

 

it is on the opposite side

Tous les 3 mois ( au gré des saisons ) nous changeons la décoration du show room , ce matin il fallait bien commencer ...

Alors un paravent est devenu tête de lit ...et la chambre est devenue différente.
