To end with my black posts ( even if I never end with it).
I wanted to share with you some XVIII th century engravings ( black) , there are my new find of the week end and I also found something I particularly love and that make a perfect decoration for my petit cabinet de curiosités : some plaster body's parts from a famous sculptor's studio
plaster hand and foot from an artist studio and 8 XVIII th engravings from anatomy for painters
I'm very happy of my finds , all this week my post will be about " le cabinet de curiosités " mood
Oh Melanie.... you have treasures in your "cabinet"... I love it all. The engraving of the skeleton is so clear and wonderful and the plaster hand and foot are fascinating pieces. Are the hand and foot quite old? What a fabulous collection to show us!
bisous!

Beautiful post Melanie. That hand and foot speak to me. I adore the hand especially. How could you ever end the important topic of black? Never!!

A real pleasure to read all your latest posts at once!
My favorite is the vintage fabric with the black chairs.
Somehow I wouldn't feel at home with a hand or foot. ;-)
