I had a salmon with creamed rasberry sauce(sour) once in Quebec that was memorable and very pink, to add to Charmaine's list. Borscht is also rather pink although not so tasty.

Sprinkle pink rose petals all over your table cloth just before the party and place individual small boquets of pink roses at each place setting. Use pink cards printed with the name of each guests at thier place setting.
I love this pink theme!!
Good Luck!!

I love to bake beets. And sometimes, I use thetops to ake a sauce for pasta. And the pasta is always pink!!
But, you can make beet soup and put in a little cream - it will be fuchsia and beautiful! One of my favorites!!
When you bake beets, you do not wash them, you put them in a glass casserole dish, and cover that with foil tightly. Then bake. I can give you more details if you are interested?
Good Luck! Pink Love ;)

Use beetroots. They are so versatile as they can be made sweet or savory. That's the best I can suggest. Hope it helps and good luck
