I love to find old postcards and to read what is written. I know It is may be others ' secrets
But I swear it is old papers and the writers might have been dead for a long time and I'm sure they don't mind I share with you.
Few days ago, I found a lot of postcards who were sent to Poterie Ravel.
I Work very close to the potery Ravel , I work with them and I work for them so I already know a part of their story.
This time it was only orders but it is very interesting
Nowadays, nothing will be left from our orders, our fax will be thrown away and the mail will stay in the computers
Love the color of this ink
This is fabulous!!! I also love old postcards and letters...always buying them at fleamarkets

I love to see the beautiful penmanship on antique postcards. Emails don't have the charm and personality of handwritten postcards. The antique cards I've received as gifts have been matted and framed They look beautiful around the house.

Did you know that the clay (soil) for Ravel's pottery came from St Zacharie?

Beautiful postcards Melanie. It is an exciting thing to look into the inner world of a life from the past! I find it creatively inspirational.
You are right! What will happen, as our future looses all of these small thoughts that we write down on a computer? Windows into our life. It's sad to think that we will loose our personal history.
Also, I love the beautiful handwriting!!
Have a great day.
Constance
