I studied Marie Antoinette and the 1789 revolution in college. My heart goes out to her, poor foolish girl in the wrong place at the wrong time. The horribly shocking pornographic portrayals in the press (even by today's standards), how she tried so hard to be loved and accepted by the French but was despised as "the Austrian woman" and blamed for all the problems of her adopted country. How her son the Dauphin was abused and brainwashed in captivity, and forced to make outlandish sexual allegations against his own mother at her trial. "Mes pauvres enfants, mes yeux n'ont plus delarmes pour pleurer pour vous. Adieu."
All these pieces of antiques are to sell . They are all original , if not it is written.Don't hesitate to contact
Toutes ces antiquités sont à vendre dans nos magasins et show room et dans nos entrepots.

Splendid beauties!
Marie Antoinette looks so heartbreakingly young in this portrait.
