Once upon a time ....

100 years ago , we used to give silver marriage medals to the bride and groom

there were so romantic

some says : Fidelite , Bonheur ( Fidelity ,Happiness)

others says : Christian marriage

some had angels on it ... and the monograms of the bride and the groom were on the back , with the date of the wedding on the edge .
I love the one that says Fidelity and Happines and an angel is above the bride and groom , the date on the edge is 1823 .

These are so romantic! You could make a pendant from a medal, as a gift for a bride or a special anniversary, or frame a collection of medals. Beautiful!
