For one franc that is to say for around 0,35 dollars what can you have .
There is a time where you were in " vide greniers" ( yard sale ) and when you were asking for the price it was "un franc " ( 1 franc=0,35$).

this time is over

In my boutique , Unfortunatly I don't have " un franc" price but I try to have the most reasonnable price and I do my best to present you worth it pieces !

I may change the fabrics on my walls in my office , right now it is green and I love this new Pierre Frey's fabric :

 

It is what I like for and an office. I may not do all the walls . Let's think about it ... You ! What do you think.

For my kitchen ( of my show room)I will change the fabric of my blind ...And I've choosed another Pierre Frey. This season I fall in love with his collection

This kind of prints are ( I know ) a little bit " déjà vu" but For me they are timeless and they are so Pierre Frey's spirit

Monday, during my antiques hunting tour (alone) I met the american queen of french antiques ( you know who I mean ).

She inspired me to buy a primitive ironing board and it was a good idea

Antiques hunting and what I found

Yesterday I went antiques hunting.I have to find new goodies for you ...

I found a lot of little treasures and also a pair of XVIII th century dutch school

I Love this pair of paintings

 

this oil painting looks like watercolor because of the technique , it is called in french :varnished paintings

If I don't want to keep them , it will be may be soon in my boutique online

Antiques hunting

Yesterday, my shop was closed as every monday

so I went antiques hunting for YOU

Inspiration : Secrets d'intérieurs

I've already written about secrets d'intérieurs , a book of Michele Lalande

Now it is quite an old book, and some new books are on the bookshelves but I still love this one, inside you have beautiful pics.
By looking at them this afternoon , I realised that I have a lot of antiques (soon or yet in my boutique) that are featuring in this book

I want to announce you that for the first client of my boutique online , there will have a little surprise in his or her parcel

(I hope I will have my client tonight !!!!)

Sometimes you ask me where my treasures come from , most of the part come from - what we call it in french : adresse - ( entire real estate)

I buy the entire house  so I buy linen, old curtains, paintings , drawers, chandeliers ....

The last month I bought the interior of a bastide ( a small provencal castle) and the interior of a convent so I can tell you my trunks are full , I just need time

  

Grand opening celebration

I've always had parties when I open a new business , when I buy a new car , when I meet new friends ....

I think I like to celebrate because life is too short

so for the grand opening of the boutique tomorrow at 7.30 I want to see you all with your party dresses , your hats or swinsuits ...whatever you want for a big virtual party

we will have champagne
