New year has started and we begin with snow in our usually sunny Provence , last year it was in november
In Paris they are used to it but in Provence most of the poeple don't know how to deal with it.

So let's follow me
into the snow storm
this is unbelievable
one of our window with the snow
when you are inside , snow can look beautiful
snow can look quiet and peaceful
but for me only when you are inside , seated in a cosy lovely bergère
or in a sofa (méridienne)
and with an hot tea and a good book
Wow that is some snow fall...we woke up this morning to snow, but now it has all gone!

Cara,
Stunning winter photo! Umbria was white as well - for two days! Buon anno e Bacione! Ingrid

How different, but beautiful everything looks when it is covered in white!
I wish you time to enjoy a good cup of tea, with a book, curled up in one of your cozy chairs. :-)

Brrr... nope, I don't think of Provence as the snow belt. Now, in New England this is a common site. But NOT Provence. Walk safe!

Oh Melanie.... it looks Provence like it has been here in Oregon! Did you see my pictures from the weeks before Christmas?! I hope you can enjoy it somehow... it was very stressful for me, because I was so afraid that my trees would fall over and hit our house, that the water pipes would freeze, etc. I hope you can relax and have a hot cup of cocoa and a warm fire and think of how beautiful it all is!
Bisous, you little SnowBunny!
xoxo

Snow in Provence? Incredible!
I agree with you, it is best to enjoy the beauty from the inside with a hot beverage in hand!

Snow in Southern France, hard to imagine. You stay inside and keep warm. I agree it looks so much better from inside.
