My last treasures finds are also very interesting . Indeed I found an old enveloppe full of erotic curiosities such as drawings ,engravings , here are few examples :

In a " cabinet de curiosités " you find souvenirs of voyage , you find anatomic things as squeletton ...and a lot of curiosities , you can also see "erotic" things . Tomorrow may I dare share that with you ?? I still don't really know ..it is not very shocking ...

I wanted to share with you some XVIII th century engravings ( black) , there are my new find of the week end and I also found something I particularly love and that make a perfect decoration for my petit cabinet de curiosités : some plaster body's parts from a famous sculptor's studio

black, the perfect color

OK , after all these posts I have to confess , black is my favorite colors ( well, not really) But I love black clothes , I love black decoration , I love black and white pictures....

And black is easy to match with others colors ..it is may be the easiest color

I love black ceramics, in Aubagne ( my town) in the 20's there was  a fabulous ceramics firm called VSE ( vaissellerie du sud est ) and they produced a very modern ceramic

Black furniture

Let's start these "black post" with balck furniture ...indeed most of them are victorian what we call Napoléon III .

I think they match pretty well with design and modern style
